SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Responsible for all aspects of Program Management - including hiring, orientation, training, scheduling, and supervision of staff
* Responsible for service administration
* Routine Staff Assessment
* Working knowledge of system and service trends as well as addressing and resolving issues in a timely manner
* Maintain financial oversight of agency assigned programs
CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
* Minimum of a Master's Degree preferred, Bachelor's will be considered
* 3-5 years behavior health field experience
* Microsoft Office proficiency
* Experience in Prorgam Managing
* Valid Driver's License
* Ability to complete and satisfactorily complete given background checks
